Update on Thesis Information - Spring 2007

Electronic Theses/Dissertations

Beginning Monday, April 23rd, the Graduate School will now accept electronic theses and dissertations submissions. Guidelines for the preparation of electronic theses/dissertations can be found on the Graduate School website. Students have a choice of either submitting an electronic or paper version of their thesis/dissertation for May 2007 graduation.

The guidelines for paper submissions has also been revised, and are available on the Graduate School website.

Thesis/Dissertation Submission Hours - Revised. Here is the revised submission hours schedule:

Through Friday, May 4: 10-12 and 2-4, M-F
Monday, May 7 - Tuesday, May 15: 10-3

Students who are unable to submit during these hours can make an appointment for an alternate time. Appointments can be made by e-mailing: Graduate_School_Graduation@notes.cc.sunysb.edu

Reminder:

The Thesis/Dissertation Deadline is Tuesday, May 15. Students must submit the final version of their thesis/dissertation by the close of business that day in order to be considered for May 2007 graduation.
