FORMS AND CONFERENCE INFORMATION

 

Forms should be copied and pasted into your E-mail Program, completed in your E-mail page, and then sent to the appropriate coordinator's e-mail address for each form.  Alternatively, they can be sent by regular mail to the IAPL Executive Director. However, please remember that if you use regular mail, deadlines are receipt deadlines (not postmark deadlines).
