UPCOMING DEADLINES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION Participants in Invited Symposia, Organized Sessions, and Special Panels should have already been notified by their session organizers about inclusion on the Conference Program.  They should be sure to send in dues and registration fees immediately (deadline: March 1st). See forms below. Those who submitted paper abstracts or session proposals for General Sessions will be notified by February 26th as to acceptance for the Conference Program.  Please do not inquire prior to that time.  Those who do not receive notification by that date may check with the IAPL Executive Director. If notified that your paper has been accepted for the Program, or you are asked to Chair a session, or if you are planning to attend the conference in any case, please adhere to the following deadlines.  These are very strict deadlines.  The Rotterdam Hilton has assured us that we will have the special IAPL rates until March 15th (if rooms are still available after that date, rates will be much higher). Note that we have negotiated arrangements which are common in North America and uncommon in Europe, namely, room costs are for the room (not per person), making sharing of a double room more economical.

NOTE:    All conference participants (including speakers, chairs, organizers, and commentators) must submit their 2002 IAPL membership dues and conference registration before they can be listed on the Program. If not received by March 8th, we cannot assure inclusion in the Program.
