Director of Chemical Laboratories, Discovery Chemistry Laboratory Required Qualifications: A Masters Degree in synthetic organic chemistry. At least 5 years of directly related work experience in synthetic/medicinal chemistry in industry, research institute or academia. At least one year work experience in combinatorial/parallel synthesis. Supervisory experience required. Preferred Qualifications: A Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry is strongly preferred. Experience in multi-step synthesis and the use of combinatorial/parallel synthesis equipment for library synthesis. Additional related experience is preferred.
