Weapons on Campus

Firearms and weapons (as described in Section 265.00 and 265.01 of the New York State Penal Law) of any type are NOT permitted on campus. Intentional possession, or sale of firearms or other weapons by anyone is strictly forbidden and is a violation of state and federal law as well as a violation of the student conduct code of rights and responsibilities.
