The Committees on Research Involving Human Subjects (CORIHSa, CORIHSb) are the local Institutional Review Boards for SBU, including all campuses, the Health Science Center, and
University Hospital.
APPLICATIONS
Applications for submission to CORIHS may be found in IRBNet, www.irbnet.org. Investigators may access these documents for downloading
by logging into IRBNet, creating a study, and accessing the Forms and Reference library in the Study Designer.
