Program fee includes:

  • Airport Transfers (Students who choose not to travel with the group are responsible for their own transfers.)
  • All activities, lectures, museum visits, field trips and meals as listed in the program detail.
  • Housing Accommodations (August 2 – August 20, 2009) double occupancy; single occupancy available for an additional $590 cost per student.

Program fee does not include:

Airfare, tuition, university fees, insurance,  passport and visa fees (if any),  laundry, gifts, telephone expenses, and other items of a purely personal nature.  Breakfasts, lunches and dinners not indicated in program itinerary.  Optional field trips or excursions.  Portage at airports and hotels.  Reimbursement for overnight lodgings, meals, transportation, or missed travel services due to airline scheduling, misconnection or delays.  Extra expenses incurred on your behalf by your instructor or other group member(s) for medical or other reasons.  Any applicable supplement for weekend flights.
