Welcome to SPD's Orientation Website
We are delighted that you have selected
one of the School of Professional Development's master's degree programs to help satisfy your academic and professional goals.
Please proceed carefully through the
Orientation website, as its completion is required for you to be eligible
to enroll in courses. The website's pages are designed to follow a particular
order. At the bottom of each page you will find a link to the following
page. You can track where you are in the site by looking for the "»"
symbol on the left navigation bar. On the last page, you will click
to be taken to an online Orientation Checklist, which must be submitted
to complete the Orientation.
You are responsible for knowing all
of the information contained in this site, but don't worry -- there
won't be a quiz. Just make sure you understand everything you read here
and be sure to print out the SPD Student Handbook (you'll need
to have Adobe Reader or some
other PDF viewer installed). You can also bookmark this site for future
reference by selecting Ctrl-D (or Command-D for Mac Users).
Take note of the link in the top right corner. It appears
on every page. If you have a question about anything in this site, please
click on "Send an e-mail" to contact an Academic Advisor.
Everyone at SPD wishes you the best of luck with your
studies.
