Credit Counselor - Over the last couple of years, I've had the opportunity to visit Iceland , Croatia , and Bosnia . Other than that, I'm enjoying the community atmosphere in Hoboken . It's like an adult Honors Course with no homework. Still credit counseling in Midtown Manhattan—helping people budget and get out of debt. Got to help out on a shopping spree with make-a-wish recently; tutoring math part-time.

Student - I just began my 2nd year as a graduate student in Statistics here at SUNY-Stony Brook. I plan to graduate next year. I work in the Volunteers for Community Service (VCS) department at the Career Center on campus.

Graduate Student - After graduation, I moved to Philadelphia to start graduate school at the University of Pennsylvania in Math. After two years in the math department I transferred to the School of Medicine at UPenn where I'm working on my Ph.D. in Biostatistics.

Actuarial Assistant - Working at Buck Consultants for one year. Passed Course 2 Actuarial Exam.

Renee Perry
Financial Representative/Insurance Associate - My son Tyler is wonderful—he's 5 and started Kindergarten this year! Got a house in our hometown to live in—everything couldn't be better. Obtained New York State Life & Health Insurance License, Property & Casualty License, and passed the NASD series 6 & 63 exams for investments, etc. After graduation—am very content with what I do overall. Things are going great!

Sheila Shettle
Graduate Student - I live in the East Village with my partner, Arthur, and my dog, Otto. After graduation, I worked for two years with NGO coalitions active at the U.N. Commission on Sustainable Development. The highlight was attending the second “Earth Summit” in Johannesburg , South Africa in September 2002. I began my Masters in the fall of 2002 at New School University . I spent the summer of 2003 as an intern at U.N.—HABITAT in Nairobi , Kenya .

Kara Thorvaldsen
Law Student - I'm in my last year at Tulane Law School , hoping to clerk for a judge next year. I am moving to Boston because I got engaged over the summer to a fellow third year, John Pint. I spent the summer in Seattle , working for a firm out there, while John was in Boston , so we ended up having to choose between them. We'll be getting married next October, on Long Island .
