Celebration Info for Participants

Set-up:
Tuesday, April 29 in SAC Ballroom A. Best time to set up? Between 1pm - 7pm.

Poster display boards (36" x 48") are provided to all participants; however, you may opt to use your own display boards so long as they will fit on a standard easel. Because we need to re-use the boards we give to you Tuesday, we ask that you use pushpins (which we provide) rather than glue/tape.

If you become ill or cannot present for any reason, please notify Karen Kernan by email to faciliate a listing of the poster cancellations.

Remind your mentors about the Celebration on April 30th (They get lunch and a t-shirt too!)

 

 

Workshop on Poster Presentation
Thursday, March 27th - 12:30 pm (pizza will be served!).
Please sign up at the URECA office or contact Karen Kernan if you are interested.

Consider using the TLT media lab for printing. Contact: Paul St. Denis, 632-1033

If you missed the presentation by Prof. Carlos Simmerling, and would like one of the handouts distributed at the workshop, please stop by the URECA office.
