Immigration Options After Graduation

If you think that you want to stay and work in the United States after completing your degree, make sure that you know your visa requirements and restrictions. Navigating the American immigration process is often stressful and confusing because there are as many visas as there are letters in the alphabet. Because eligibility requirements and legal rulings are constantly changing, it’s strongly recommended that you consult a qualified  immigration attorney regarding your options.

Linked below is the presentation given by Immigration Attorney Brendan J. Venter, Esq. from Harris Beach PLLC regarding immigration options after graduation. The information discussed includes the U.S. immigration processes, employment based visas (J-1, H1-B, O, TN, etc.) and the road to Permanent Residency.

You can watch the 2022 presentation below, or review the slides at your own pace here.
